Race Day Schedule

KIDS RACES (Friday, July 29, 2022)

  • 5:00 PM – Packet Pickup, Race-day Registration, and Transition opens
  • 5:45 PM – Transition closes.  Pre-race meeting at the beach
  • 6:00 PM – 6-10 Boys start
  • 6:02 PM – 6-10 Girls start
  • 6:25 PM – 11-14 Boys start
  • 6:27 PM – 11-14 Girls start

ADULT OLYMPIC RACES (Saturday, July 30, 2022)
Note: ALL Duathlon and Aquabike start with men’s heat

  • 5:45 AM – Transition opens.
  • 7:05 AM – Pre-race Meeting
  • 7:15 AM – My Team Triumph start.  Transition closes.
  • 7:30 AM – Open Wave Olympic Triathlon start.
  • 7:33 AM – Olympic Men start (including all relay, du and men’s aqua).
  • 7:37 AM – Olympic Women start (including women’s aqua).

ADULT SPRINT RACES (Saturday, July 30, 2022)

  • 5:45 AM – Transition opens.
  • 7:05 AM – Pre-race meeting on the beach.
  • 7:15 AM – My Team Triumph start. Transition area closes.
  • 8:00 AM – Open Wave Sprint Triathlon start (men and women).
  • 8:02 AM – Sprint Men 39 and Under (including ALL du and men’s aqua).
  • 8:04 AM – Sprint Men 40 and Over (including ALL relay and men’s aqua).
  • 8:06 AM – Sprint Women 39 and Under (including women’s aqua).
  • 8:07 AM – Sprint Women 40 and Over (including women’s aqua).

Awards

There will be an awards ceremony following each race. Winners can claim their awards at the ceremony. If awards are not claimed on race day, it will be the responsibility of the athlete to pay for shipping & handling.

Awards will be given as detailed below.

SPRINT TRIATHLON

  • Awards given to the top 3 male and female finishers Overall.
  • Top 3 finishers in each age/gender group: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,70-75, 75+
  • Top 3 Relay Overall (Relay awards will not be given according to gender)
  • Note: Overall winners will be pulled out of their age-group category.

OLYMPIC TRIATHLON

  • Awards given to the top 3 male and female finishers Overall.
  • Top 3 finishers in each age/gender group: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,70-75, 75+
  • Top 3 Relay Overall (Relay awards will not be given according to gender)
  • Note: Overall winners will be pulled out of their age-group category.

SPRINT DUATHLON AND AQUBIKE

  • Awards given to the top 3 male and female finishers Overall

    Note: No Age Group awards will be given for Duathlon or Aquabike
